People and Impressions

On train to Munich: kids chattering in German, eating sandwiches and candy, cheese slices razor thin, grandfather speaking kindly to young ones. Train smooth with clean glass panels. Countryside patches of shades of green in rolling hills. Solar panels on a field of wheat. Acres of corn (hectares?) And smoky green evergreen forests. Students with suitcase and studying, Brown roofed villages clustered tightly with white walls and narrow roads. Skylights and shutters, bicycles everywhere. It boggles my mind how a beautiful country such as this could have been infiltrated by such an evil as Hitler and his lies.  How could such beauty give both to such blackness? The evil is common to all hearts of men...God's creation with stain of sin. Without Him, we destroy every good thing. The stage is still set for this drama.
